Material and Process Upgrades: Utilizing high-specification OD48mm and OD42mm steel pipes, combined with reinforced welding processes, ensures the structural strength of the main body of the horizontal bar. The Ledger Heads at both ends offer a variety of process options, including precision casting (wax pattern) and sand casting, to meet the strength, precision, and cost-effectiveness requirements of different application scenarios.
Customization Capabilities: Standard crossbar lengths range from 0.39 meters to 3.07 meters, fully adaptable to various upright center-to-center distance requirements. Leveraging our large-scale production bases in Tianjin and Renqiu—one of China's largest steel and scaffolding product manufacturing bases—we can efficiently respond to customer needs, providing fully customized production services, including special lengths and joint designs.
