The Octagonlock System is a modular disclock scaffold built around an eight-sided ring welded onto each standard. Where a round rosette only gives point contact, the octagonal ring lets a ledger’s U-groove sit on a flat face, so the wedge pin locks two full surfaces together. That small geometric change makes a real difference in how the Octagonlock Scaffolding handles heavy load. The standards are made from Q355 high-strength steel pipe at 48.3mm outer diameter, with octagonal rings welded at 500mm intervals. All ledgers, diagonal braces, base jacks and U-head jacks are produced in-house, which keeps the whole Octagonlock System consistent and dependable.
