Ringlock Scaffolding Ledger Horizontal
Ringlock Ledger is the part of connecting with two vertical standards. The length is the distance of the central of two standards. Ringlock Ledger is welded by two ledger heads by two sides, and fixed by lock pin to connected with Standards. It is made by OD48mm steel pipe and welded two casted ledger ends. Althought it is not the main part to bear the capacity , it is a indispensable part of ringlock sytem.

2.Safety and firmness
Ringlock system uses self-locking connecting with rosette by wedge pin, the pins inserted into the rosette and can be locked by self-weight, its horizontal ledger and vertical diagonal braces make each unit as a fixed triangular structure, it will make the horizontal and vertical forces not deform so that all structure system will be very stable. Ringlock scaffold is a complete system, the scaffold board and ladder can play a role to ensure the stability of the system and worker safety, so compared with other scaffolding, ringlock scaffolds with catwalk(Plank with hooks) improve the safety of the support system. Every unit of ringlock scaffold is structurally safe.
3.Durability
The surface treatment is uniformly and thoroughly treated by hot-dip galvanizing, that does not drop paint and rust and reducing the maintenance cost. In addition, this kind of surface treatment makes it have stronger corrosion resistance. The use of surface galvanizing method can prolong the service life of the steel pipe by 15-20 years.
