Ringlock standard

Ringlock standard is the most important part of ringlock system, it is made by scaffolding pipe OD48mm usually and also has OD60mm that is heavy duty ringlock system. It will be used according to the construction requirements, OD48mm maybe used by light compacity of building and OD60mm used in heavy duty scaffolding.

Ringlock Standard we also call vetical standard which is set up and connected with one by one at height by spigot , it is welded with rosette at every 500mm. There are 8 holes on rosette that 4 big holes will connected with ringlock ledgers and 4 small holes will connected with diagonal brace.

Ringlock scaffolding is a modular scaffolding

Ringlock scaffolding is a modular scaffolding system which is fabricated with standard compoments such as standards, ledgers, diagonal braces, base collars, triangle brakets, hollow screw jack , intermediate transom and wedge pins, all these components must comply with the design requirements like sizes and standard. The feature of ringlock scaffolding

Rinlock system is also a new type of scaffolding compare with other traditional scaffolding like frame system and tubular system. It is generally made of hot-dip galvanized by surface treatment, which brings the characteristics of firm construction. It is divided into OD60mm tubes and OD48 tubes, which are mainly made of aluminum alloy structural steel. In comparison, the strength is higher than that of ordinary carbon steel scaffold, which can be about twice as high. Moreover, from the perspective of its connection mode, this kind of scaffolding system adopts the wedge pin connection method, so that the connection can be more stronger.

Compare with other scaffolding products, the structure of ringlock scaffolding is simpler, but it will be more convenient to build or disassemble. The main components are ringlock standard, ringlock ledger, and diagonal brace that make assembling more safer to avoid all unsafe factors to the maximum extent. Although there are simple structures, its bearing capacity is still relatively large, which can bring high strength and have certain shear stress. Therefore, ringlock system is more safe and firm. It adopts the interleaved self-locking structure that make the whole scaffolding system is flexible and also easier to transport and manage on project.
