Formwork accessories include so many products, the tie rod and nuts are very important to fix formworks with wall together tightly. Normally, we use tie rod is D15/17mm, D20/22mm size, length can give different base on customers’ requirements. Nut have so many different types, round nut, wing nut, swivel nut with round plate, hex nut, water stopper and washer etc.

Formwork Accessories Flat Tie and Wedge Pin
Flat tie and wedge pin are very famous to use for steel formwork that include steel form and plywood. In fact, just like tie rod function, but the wedge pin is to connect steel formworks, and small and big hook with steel pipe to complete one whole wall formwork.
Flat tie size will have many different length, 150L, 200L, 250L, 300L, 350L, 400L, 500L, 600L ect. thickness will be from 1.7mm to 2.2mm for normal usage.

H Timber Beam
Wooden H20 Timber Beam, also called I Beam, H Beam etc, is one of Beams for construction. Usually, we know H steel beam for heavy loading capacity, but for some light loading projects, we most use wooden H beam to reduce some cost.
Normally, Wooden H beam are used under U fork Head of Prop shoring system. Size is 80mmx200mm. Materials are Poplar or Pine. Glue: WBP Phenolic.

Formwork Column Clamp
We have two different width clamp. One is 80mm or 8#, the other is 100mm width or 10#. According to concrete column size, the clamp have more different adjustable length, for example 400-600mm, 400-800mm, 600-1000mm, 900-1200mm, 1100-1400mm etc.
