Short Description:

Scaffolding steel props, also known as shoring, come in two grades: heavy duty and light duty. Heavy duty props feature larger outer diameters (e.g. 48/60mm, 60/76mm, 76/89mm+) with wall thickness ≥2.0mm, and use heavy cast or drop-forged nuts for extra strength. Light duty props use smaller pipe sizes (e.g. 40/48mm, 48/57mm), fitted with lightweight cup nuts, and are typically finished with paint, pre-galvanizing, or electro-galvanizing.

Raw material: steel grade testing, OD and thickness checking.

Cutting: laser-controlled with 0.5mm precision tolerance.

Welding: depth and width meet factory-set criteria; consistent speed and penetration ensure no weak or defective seams. All welds are spatter-free and residue-free. Please refer to the attached welding photos.
