Ringlock Standard
The standard parts of the ring lock are composed of a vertical rod, a connecting ring (rosette) and a pin. They support customization of diameter, wall thickness, model and length as required. For example, the vertical rod can be selected with a diameter of 48mm or 60mm, a wall thickness ranging from 2.5mm to 4.0mm, and a length covering 0.5 meters to 4 meters.
We offer a variety of ring plate styles and three types of plugs (bolt type, press-in type, and extrusion type) to choose from, and can also customize special molds according to customer design.
From raw material procurement to finished product delivery, the entire ring lock scaffolding system is subject to strict quality control throughout the process. The product quality fully complies with the European and British standards certifications of EN 12810, EN 12811 and BS 1139.
