Tube compatibility : They are designed to fit standard scaffolding tubes securely, featured with a wheel-tube fixing system. Mainly use for ringlock system, alum tower and frame system.
Locking Mechanism: Heavy duty braking system to ensure stability and prevent unintended movement ( dual brakes or other equivalent system).
Materials: The wheel is made from high-strenght materials such as polyethylene or rubber or nylon or cast iron for durability and load-bearing capacity, the other components are made from materials which shall have a good resistence to be protected against, atmospheric corrosion and shall be free of any impurities and defect which might affect their satisfactory use.
Load Capacity: Rated for static load capacity of 400kg, 450kg, 700kg, 1000kg etc.
Swivel Function: some types wheel allows for 360 degree rotation with easy manoeuvrability.
Complaince: They are designed to conform to international standards, such as DIN4422, HD 1044: 1992, AND BS 1139 : PART 3 /EN74-1 standard.
