Ringlock Standard
The standard rods of the ring lock scaffolding are composed of steel pipes, ring discs (8-hole rose knots) and connectors. Two types of steel pipes with diameters of 48mm (light) and 60mm (heavy) are provided, with thicknesses ranging from 2.5mm to 4.0mm and lengths from 0.5m to 4m, meeting the requirements of different projects. The ring disk adopts an 8-hole design (4 small holes connect the ledger and 4 large holes connect the diagonal braces), ensuring system stability through a triangular arrangement at a 0.5-meter interval, and supports modular horizontal assembly. The product offers three insertion methods: bolt and nut, point pressing and extrusion. Moreover, ring and disc molds can be customized according to customer requirements. All products strictly comply with EN12810, EN12811 and BS1139 standards, pass quality tests and are suitable for various construction scenarios. From raw materials to finished products, the entire process is subject to quality control, taking into account both lightweight and heavy-duty load-bearing requirements

The feature of ringlock scaffolding
1. High strength & durability
It adopts aluminum alloy structural steel or high-strength steel pipes (OD48mm/OD60mm), with a strength approximately twice that of ordinary carbon steel scaffolding.
Hot-dip galvanized surface treatment, rust-proof and corrosion-resistant, extends service life.
2. Flexible adaptation & Customization
The standard rod lengths (0.5m to 4m) can be combined to meet the requirements of different projects.
Customizable molds of different diameters (48mm/60mm), thicknesses (2.5mm to 4.0mm), and new rose knot (ring plate) types are available.
3. Stable and secure connection method
The 8-hole rose knot design (4 holes for connecting crossbars and 4 holes for connecting diagonal braces) forms a triangular stable structure.
Three insertion methods (bolt and nut, point press, and extrusion socket) are available to ensure a firm connection.
The wedge pin self-locking structure prevents loosening and has strong overall shear stress resistance.
