Heavy Duty Scaffolding Steel Prop
Scaffolding Steel Prop, also called prop, shoring etc. Normally we have two type, one is heavy duty prop, the difference is Pipe diameter and thickness, nut and some other accessoires. such as OD48/60mm, OD60/76mm, OD76/89mm even more bigger, thickness most use above 2.0mm. Nut is casting or drop forged with more weight.
The other is Light duty prop is made by small sizes of scaffolding pipes, such as OD40/48mm, OD48/57mm for producing the inner pipe and outer pipe of scaffolding prop.The nut of light duty prop we call cup nut that the shape just like a cup. It is light weight compare with heavy duty prop and usually painted, pre-galvanized and electro-galvanized by surface treatment.

Suspended Platform
Suspended platform are mainly consist of working platform, hoist machine, electric control cabinet, safety lock, suspension bracket, counter-weight, electric cable, wire rope and safety rope.
According to different requirements when working, we have four types design, normal platform, single person platform, circular platform, two corners platform etc.
because working environment is more dangerous, complex and variable. For all parts of platform, we use high tensile steel structure, wire rope and safety lock. that will guarantee our safety working.

Scaffolding Steel Boards 225MM
This size steel plank 225*38mm, we usually call it as steel board or steel scaffold board.
It mainly used by our customer from Mid East Area, For example, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Kuwait ect, and it is used in especially marine offshore engineering scaffolding.
Every year, we export a lot this size plank for our customers, and we also supply to The World Cup projects. All quality is under controlled with high level. We have SGS tested report with good data then can guarantee all our customers’ projects safety and process well.

Octagonlock Scaffolding Standard
For standard pipe, mainly use 48.3mm diameter, 2.5mm or 3.25mm thickness;
For octagon disk, most choose 8mm or 10mm thickness with 8 holes for ledger connection, between them, the distance is 500mm from core to core. The outer sleeve will be welded on standard with one side. The other side of Standard will be punched one hole 12mm ,distance to pipe end 35mm. -
Scaffolding Props Shoring
Scaffolding Steel prop shoring are combined with heavy duty prop, H beam, Tripod and some other formwork accessories.
This scaffolding system mainly support formwork system and bear high loading capacity. In order to keep the whole system stable, the horizontal direction will be connected by steel pipe with coupler. They have the same function as scaffolding steel prop.

Scaffolding Plank 230MM
Scaffolding Plank 230*63mm mainly required by customers from Austrilia, New Zealand market and some European markets, except the size, the appearance has a little different with other plank. It used with Austrialia kwikstage scaffolding system or UK kwikstage scaffolding. Some clients also call them kwikstage plank.

BS Drop Forged Scaffolding Couplers Fittings
British Standard, Drop Forged scaffolding couplers/fittings, BS1139/EN74.
British Standard scaffolding fittings are main scaffolding products for steel pipe and fittings system. More earlier time ago, almost all construction use steel pipe and couplers together. Until now, still have so many companies like using them.
As one whole system parts, the couplers connect steel pipe to establish one whole scaffolding system and support more projects to be built. For British standard coupler, there are two types, one is pressed couplers, the other is drop forged couplers.

JIS Scaffolding Couplers Clamps
Japanese Standard scaffolding clamp just have pressed type. Their standard is JIS A 8951-1995 or materials standard is JIS G3101 SS330.
Base on high quality, we tested them and go through SGS with nice data.
JIS standard pressed clamps, can build one whole system with steel pipe, they have different type accessories, including fixed clamp, swivel clamp, sleeve coupler, inner joint pin, beam clamp and base plate etc.
Surface treatment can choose electro-galv. or hot dip galv., with yellow color or silver color. And All packages can be customized as your requirements, normally carton box and wooden pallet.
