Our regular sizes 200*50mm, 210*45mm, 240*45mm, 250*50mm, 240*50mm, 300*50mm, 320*76mm etc. Plank with hooks, we also called them into Catwalk, that means, two planks welded together with hooks, normal size is more wide, for examples, 400mm width, 420mm width, 450mm width, 480mm width, 500mm width etc.
They are welded and riverted with hooks at two sides , and this kind of planks mainly used as working operation platform or walking platform in ringlock scaffolding system.

Ringlock Scaffolding Diagonal Brace
Ringlock scaffolding diagonal brace usually made by scaffolding tube OD48.3mm and OD42mm or 33.5mm, which is riveting with diagonal brace head. It connected the two rosettes of different horizontal line of two ringock standards to make a triangle structure, and generated the diagonal tensile stress makes the whole system more stable and firm.

Ringlock scaffolding U Ledger is a another part of ringlock system, it has special function different from O ledger and the usage can be same as U ledger, it is made by U structural steel and welded by ledger heads at two sides. It is usually placed for puting the steel plank with U hooks. It is used in European all round scaffolding system mostly.

In construction, it is used to support scaffold platforms between ringlock ledgers. It can strengthen the bearing capacity of ringlock scaffold board.

Ringlock Scaffolding Triangle Bracket Cantilever
Ringlock scaffolding Bracket or cantilever is the overhanging component of ringlock scaffolding, the shape like a triangle so we also call triangle bracket. It can be divided into two types according the different materials, one is made by scaffolding pipe, another is made by rectangular pipe. Triangle bracket not use every project site only the place need cantilevered structure. Usually it used to cantilevered by beam through U head jack base or other components. Triangle bracket make ringlock scaffolding can be used in more project sites.
