In the template reinforcement system, the tension rods (Tie Rods) and nuts are the key components for connecting the overall structure. Currently, tension rods are divided into two standards: imperial and metric. The steel grades available are Q235 or #45 steel. The nut material is uniformly QT450. The main differences lie in appearance and diameter. Common specifications include D90, D100, D110, D120, etc.

To be honest, requirements vary across different markets, and quality levels are inconsistent. Moreover, most clients or end users don't really understand quality—they only focus on price comparison.

That said, we offer different quality grades based on specific needs.

For customers who demand high quality, we recommend #45 steel raw material with hot-rolling process. For D17mm, the tensile strength can reach 185–190kN. For D20mm, the tensile strength reaches 200kN.

For projects with lower requirements, we suggest Q235 raw material with cold-drawing process, where the tensile strength is only 130–140kN.

Testing Report

Our Company have very strict production process, from raw materials to loading container, our QC will have a complete procedure to ensure all goods Ex-warehouse with well situation.

Because of quality and cost, we will suggest different choices to different customers.

For Tie rod and nut, Testing Standard is GB/T28900 and GB/T 228.
