Description

The Cuplock system shares similar components with Ringlock, including vertical standards, horizontal ledgers, diagonal braces, steel planks, base jacks, and U-head jacks. Additional items like catwalks and staircases are sometimes required.

Standards are typically made from Q235 or Q355 steel tube, available with or without a spigot, and feature a top cup and bottom cup.

Ledgers use Q235 steel tube, fitted with pressed, cast, or forged blade ends.

Diagonal braces are generally made from steel tube with a coupler; some customers opt for a riveted blade head design.

Steel planks are most commonly 225mm wide with a 38mm height, in thicknesses ranging from 1.3mm to 2.0mm.
