Cuplock Stair Tower – Safe & Efficient Vertical Access Structure
Description
Cuplock Scaffolding is a modular system comprising core components like vertical standards, horizontal ledgers, diagonal braces, steel boards, base jacks, and U-head jacks, with additional accessories such as catwalks and staircases available.
Standards are typically manufactured from Q235 or Q355 steel pipe, optionally featuring a spigot connection, and are equipped with integrated top and bottom locking cups. Ledgers are made from Q235 steel pipe and are fitted with a pressed, cast, or forged blade head for secure connections. Diagonal braces are commonly constructed from steel pipe with a detachable coupler, though riveted blade head variants are also utilized. Steel boards are predominantly sized at 225mm by 38mm, with material thickness ranging from 1.3mm to 2.0mm to ensure durability.

Company Advantages
1. Outstanding stability and security
It adopts a unique cup buckle node design to form a stable geometric structure. The core components (vertical rods, horizontal rods, and diagonal braces) are all made of Q235/Q355 high-strength steel pipes, ensuring excellent overall load-bearing performance and providing a solid and reliable safety guarantee for high-altitude operations.
2. High modularization and adaptability
As a mature modular system, it offers a full set of standard components such as vertical poles, horizontal poles, scaffold boards, bases, and U-shaped top supports, and can be matched with expansion parts such as stairs and passageways. The system supports ground construction or cantilever installation, and can flexibly assemble fixed or mobile towers to meet the needs of various complex construction scenarios.
3. Efficient installation and economy
The innovative cup buckle connection method does not require additional tools and can be quickly assembled and disassembled, significantly saving labor and time costs. Standardized components and reusability, combined with competitive pricing, provide a high cost-performance solution throughout the entire project cycle.
4. Durable materials and craftsmanship
The key components are made of forged or cast tool heads, as well as high-strength steel pipes and coupling parts, ensuring a firm and durable connection. The scaffold steel plates (commonly 1.3-2.0mm thick) provide a stable and safe working platform. The entire system is exquisitely crafted and durable.
5. A reliable partner
We adhere to the principle of "Quality First, Service Supreme, and continuous improvement", with the quality goal of "zero defects and zero complaints". Committed to providing customers with high-quality and cost-effective products, we look forward to establishing long-term and mutually beneficial cooperative relationships to jointly create value.
FAQS
1. Q: What are the main components of the Cuplock scaffolding system?
A: The core components of the Cuplock system include Standards (vertical pipes), Ledgers (horizontal pipes), Diagonal Braces, Steel Boards (decking), Base Jacks, and U Head Jacks. Additional accessories like staircases and catwalks can be integrated as needed for specific project requirements.
2. Q: What materials are used for the key components like Standards and Ledgers?
A: Standards are typically manufactured from high-strength steel pipes (Q235 or Q355 grade), featuring a top cup and bottom cup for connection, optionally with a spigot. Ledgers are made from Q235 steel pipes, with blade heads that are pressed, cast, or forged for secure locking into the cups.
3. Q: How is the diagonal bracing constructed in the Cuplock system?
A: Diagonal braces are commonly made from steel pipes connected with couplers. Some configurations also use steel pipes fitted with riveted blade heads, providing flexibility to meet different project specifications and customer preferences.
4. Q: What are the specifications for the steel boards (decking) used?
A: The standard steel boards typically measure 225mm in width by 38mm in profile height, with material thickness ranging from 1.3mm to 2.0mm. This design ensures a durable and safe working platform.
5. Q: What is your company's philosophy regarding quality and customer service?
