Cuplock Staircase & Staging for Formwork Systems
The Scaffolding Cuplock System is one of the most popular modular scaffolding solutions worldwide. Its unique cup-and-lock mechanism allows quick, tool-free assembly from ground or suspended positions. It can be built as stationary or rolling towers, making it ideal for safe work at height.
Key components include standards (vertical) made of Q235/Q355 steel with top and bottom cups, ledgers (horizontal) with pressed, cast or forged blade heads, diagonal braces (pipe with coupler or rivet blade head), base jacks, U head jacks, steel boards (225x38mm, 1.3-2.0mm thick), plus optional catwalks and staircases.
Recognized for versatility, safety and efficiency, the Cuplock system delivers reliable performance across residential and large-scale commercial projects.

Advantages
1. Fast & Easy Assembly – Unique Cup-and-Lock Design
The Cuplock system features a patented cup-and-lock mechanism that enables quick connection between standards and ledgers without loose parts. This makes erection faster than traditional scaffolding, reduces labor time, and allows for both ground-up and suspended installation, as well as stationary or rolling tower configurations.
2. High Load Capacity & Versatility
Built with Q235/Q355 steel pipes and forged/pressed blade heads, Cuplock scaffolding provides exceptional strength and stability. It can support heavy loads across a wide range of applications – from residential buildings to large-scale commercial projects. The system includes standards, ledgers, diagonal braces, steel boards (225×38mm, 1.3–2.0mm thickness), base jacks, U-head jacks, catwalks, and staircases, making it adaptable to almost any job site requirement.
3. Safety & Long-Term Reliability
Designed with worker safety as a priority, the Cuplock system creates a stable, locked framework that minimizes movement during use. Components can be manufactured with or without spigots, and surface treatments (galvanized, powder coated, etc.) are available for corrosion resistance. Our quality principle – "quality first, zero defect, zero complaint" – ensures every component meets international standards for long-term, trouble-free performance.
Other Information
What really sets the Cuplock System apart is how easily it adapts to different jobs. With a full range of components – including braces, toe boards, and platforms – this scaffolding can be configured to match almost any project need. Whether it's a basic working platform or a multi-level structure, the Cuplock System adjusts to fit.
Safety is built into every part of this system. All components are made from high-grade materials, so you get strength you can count on. Features like non-slip surfaces and guardrails come standard, giving workers real confidence when they're up high.
On top of safety and flexibility, the Cuplock System also saves you money. Faster setup and takedown mean lower labor costs and shorter project schedules. You get more done in less time, without cutting corners on safety.
For your next build, go with the Scaffolding Cuplock System. It delivers the right balance of safety, speed, and adaptability – a scaffolding solution that lasts, project after project.
