For Formwork system, tie rod and nut are very important parts to connect whole system for concrete building. Currently, Tie rod have two different pattern, British and metric measurement. Steel grade have Q235 and #45 steel. But for nut, steel grade are all same, QT450, just looking and diameter different. Normal size are D90,D100,D110,D120 etc

Currently, our products are export to many countries that from South East Asia region, Middle East Market and Europe, America, etc.

Honestly, every different markets have different requirements and the quality is uneven. and, most clients or final user have no idea to quality, only care and compare price.

Actually, according to different requirements, we produce different level quality for choosing.

For high quality clients, we suggest them #45 steel raw materails and hot-rolling one, D17MM, the

tensile strength can reach 185-190kn.

D20, the tensile strength can reach 20kn.

For lower required, we suggest them Q235 raw materials and cold-drawing one, the tensile strength only 130-140kn

Testing Report

Our Company have very strict production process, from raw materials to loading container, our QC will have a complete procedure to ensure all goods Ex-warehouse with well situation.

Because of quality and cost, we will suggest different choices to different customers.

For Tie rod and nut, Testing Standard is GB/T28900 and GB/T 228.
