Scaffolding steel pipe, also known as scaffolding tube, is a fundamental component in modern construction. It is widely used across various projects, including pipe processing, shipbuilding, steel marine engineering, oil pipelines, and oil & gas scaffolding. Beyond direct use, it also serves as the base material for manufacturing other scaffolding systems such as ringlock and cuplock.

While bamboo tubes were once common, their lack of safety and durability has limited them to small rural projects. In contrast, steel tubes offer superior stability and long-term performance. The most widely used size is 48.3mm outer diameter, with wall thickness ranging from 1.8mm to 4.75mm. Made from high carbon steel through electrical resistance welding, this pipe is typically used with scaffolding clamps in tube and coupler systems.

Our scaffolding tubes feature a high zinc coating of up to 280g, significantly higher than the industry standard of 210g, ensuring better rust resistance and longer service life.
