Heavy Duty Cuplock Scaffolding System Southampton – Cup Lock
Description
Cuplock scaffolding is a modular system similar to Ringlock, consisting of key components including standards (verticals), ledgers (horizontals), diagonal braces, steel boards, base jacks, and U-head jacks. Optional parts include catwalks and staircases for enhanced access.
Standards are made from Q235 or Q355 steel pipes, available with or without spigots, and feature top and bottom cups for secure locking.
Ledgers use Q235 steel pipes with blade heads produced by pressing, casting, or forging to ensure reliable connection with the cups.
Diagonal braces are typically made of steel pipe with couplers; alternatively, riveted blade head designs are available upon customer request.
Steel boards commonly measure 225mm wide with 38mm height, and thickness ranges from 1.3mm to 2.0mm to suit different load requirements.
This system offers fast assembly, high load capacity, and versatile application across residential and commercial construction projects.
