Heavy Duty Formwork Tie Rod & Clamp Set
Among all formwork accessories, the Tie Rod For Formwork and its matching nuts play a critical role in securely connecting the formwork system for concrete construction. Tie rods come in two measurement standards: British and metric. Available steel grades are Q235 and #45 steel, with common diameters of D15/17mm and D20/22mm. Lengths are customizable per customer needs. Nuts are made of QT450 steel — same grade, varying only in shape and size. Popular nut types include round, wing, swivel nut with round plate, hex, water stopper, and washer. Standard nut diameters: D90, D100, D110, D120, etc.

For high-demand projects: #45 steel, hot-rolled, D17mm – tensile strength up to 185–190kN; D20mm – tensile strength up to 20kN.
For standard or budget projects: Q235 steel, cold-drawn – tensile strength approx. 130–140kN.
