A scaffolding putlog coupler, as per BS1139 and EN74 standard, it is designed to connect a transom (horizontal tube ) to a ledger (horizontal tube parallel to the building) , providing support for scaffold boards. They are typically made from forged steel Q235 for coupler cap, pressed steel Q235 for coupler body, ensuring durability and complaince with safety standards.

Italian type scaffolding couplers just like BS type pressed scaffolding couplers, which connect with steel pipe to assemble one whole scaffolding system.
In fact, all the world, very less markets use this type coupler except Italian markets. Italian couplers have pressed type and drop forged type with fixed coupler and swivel couplers. Size is for normal 48.3mm steel pipe.

A Board retaining coupler, as per BS1139 and EN74 standard. It is designed to assemble with steel tube and fasten steel board or wooden board on scaffolding system. They are typically made from forged steel and pressed steel, ensuring durability and complaince with safety standards.
Regarding the different markets and projects required, we can produce drop forged BRC and pressed BRC. Only the coupler caps are different.
Normally, the BRC surface is electro galvanized and hot dip galvanized.
