Scaffolding Toe Board
Scaffolding Toe board is made by pre-gavanized steel and it is also called skirting board, the height should be 150mm, 200mm or 210mm. And the role is that if an object falls or people fall, rolling down to the edge of the scaffolding, the toe board can be blocked to avoid falling from height. It help worker to keep safe when work on high building.
Mostly, our customers use two different toe board, one is steel , the other is wooden one. For steel one, size will be 200mm and 150mm width, For wooden one, most use 200mm width. No matter which size for toe board, the funtion is same but just consider the cost when use.
Our customer also use metal plank to be toe board thus they will not buy the special toe board and reduce projects cost.

Scaffolding Step Ladder steel Access Staircase

H Ladder Frame Scaffolding
Ladder Frame also named H frame that is one of most famous frame scaffolding in American markets and Latin American markets. Frame scaffolding include Frame, cross brace, base jack, u head jack, plank with hooks, joint pin, staircase etc.
Ladder frame mainly use to support workers for building service or maintainance. Some projects also use heavy ladder frame to support H beam and formwork for concrete.

P80 Plastic Formwork

Sleeve Coupler
Sleeve Coupler is very important scaffolding fittings to connect steel pipe one by one to get very tall level and assemble one stable scaffolding system. This type coupler is made of 3.5mm pure Q235 steel and pressed by through Hydraulic press machine.
From raw materials to complete one sleeve coupler, we need 4 different procedures and all molds must be repaired base on producing quantity.
To order produce high quality coupler, we use steel accessories with 8.8 grade and all our electro-galv. will be required with 72 hours atomizer testing.
We all couplers must comply with BS1139 and EN74 standard and passed SGS testing.

LVL Scaffold Boards

Beam Gravlock Girder Coupler
Beam coupler, also named Gravlock coupler and Girder Coupler, as one of scaffolding couplers are very very important to connect Beam and pipe together to support loading capacity for projects.
All raw materials must use high superior pure steel with durable and stronger using. and we already passed SGS testing according to BS1139, EN74 and AN/NZS 1576 standard.
