Aluminium Mobile Tower Information Details
Key Features:
- 1. Dimensions: The tower shall have different height base on working requirements, a base width of 1.35m and a length 2m.
- 2. Materials: Crafted from high-strength aluminium ( light weight yet strong)
- 3. Platform Capacity: The tower shall be equipped with top working platform. Additional intermediate platforms will be valuable option. Each platform shall be able to support a load of up to 250kg, with a total safe working load of 700kg for the entire tower.
- 4. Mobility: Equipped with heavy-duty 8 inch wheels featuing brake and release option. the tower can be easily moved and securely positioned as needed.
- 5. Guardrails and toe boards: shall be on all platforms for fall protection.
- 6. Stabilizers or outriggers: minimum 4 lateral stabilizers made from light & high-strength aluminium tubes for enhanced stability of the tower.
- 7. Non-slip working platforms: planks made from light & high-strength aluminium for safe working conditions.
- 8. Ladder: the tower shall be equipped with ladder made from light & high-strength aluminium, easy to fit securely to the tower.
- 9. Compliance: Meets relevent safety standards for mobile access tower (BS1139-3, EN1004; HD1004...)
