Kwikstage Scaffolding Prop and Ledger Support System
The Scaffolding Fork Head Jack features a robust structure consisting of 4 steel pillars, fabricated from angle bars welded to a base plate. As a critical component for propping systems, it connects H-beams to support formwork concrete while maintaining the overall stability of the scaffolding setup. Manufactured from high-strength steel to match the material properties of scaffolding supports, it offers excellent load-bearing performance. The design enables fast, effortless installation, significantly boosting assembly efficiency. Moreover, the four-corner configuration strengthens joint integrity, effectively preventing component loosening during operation. Certified four-corner plugs comply with relevant construction safety standards, delivering a reliable safety assurance for workers at height.

Heavy Duty Steel Frame Scaffolding Prop for Construction
Frame scaffolding systems are widely adopted across diverse construction projects, serving as elevated platforms that provide safe, stable working areas around buildings. A complete frame system typically consists of frames, cross braces, base jacks, U-head jacks, hook-on planks, joint pins, and more. Among these, the frame itself serves as the core component and is available in various configurations, including main frames, H frames, ladder frames, walk-through frames, and others.
Currently, we offer full-range frame production capabilities, with all types manufactured to customer specifications and drawings. Our integrated processing and production line is designed to meet the requirements of diverse global markets.

Ring Lock System Jack Base Kwik Lock Scaffolding
As a vital part of the ringlock system, the Ringlock Ledger connects the vertical standards. Its length corresponds to the center-to-center spacing between standards, with standard options such as 0.39m, 0.73m, 1.09m, 1.4m, 1.57m, 2.07m, 2.57m, and 3.07m. Custom lengths are also available.
The ledger is constructed from either OD48mm or OD42mm steel pipe, with a ledger head welded at each end. A lock wedge pin secures it to the rosette on the standard. Although it is not the primary load-bearing component, it plays an indispensable role in the system.
We provide a variety of ledger head styles, and custom designs are welcome. Depending on the process, ledger heads can be produced using investment casting or sand casting.

Formwork Tie Rod – Secure Connections for Stronger Pours
When it comes to formwork accessories, tie rods and nuts form the critical connection chain that holds wall forms in position against concrete pressure. We supply tie rods in two primary diameter series—D15/17mm and D20/22mm—with the flexibility to produce any required length for specific project demands. The complementary nut range addresses every fastening scenario: round nuts for standard through-tie applications, wing nuts for quick installation/removal cycles, swivel nuts with round plates for non-perpendicular connections, hex nuts for maximum tightening torque, and specialized components including water stoppers for waterproofing and washers for load distribution.

Scaffolding Rosette – The Core of Modular Scaffold Systems
The rosette is a critical load-bearing component in any ringlock scaffolding system, deriving its name from its distinctive circular shape, often referred to simply as the “ring.” Manufactured as pressed steel components, these rosettes are engineered for high load capacity and structural integrity. Available in standard outer diameters of 120mm, 122mm, and 124mm, with material thickness options of 8mm or 10mm, they are designed to withstand demanding construction loads. Each rosette features eight precision-punched holes: four smaller apertures for secure ledger connections and four larger openings for diagonal brace attachments. These components are welded onto ringlock standards at precise 500mm intervals, ensuring consistent load distribution throughout the scaffold structure.

Heavy Duty Scaffold U Jack & U Head Jack Sizes
The Steel Scaffolding Screw Jack is a versatile adjustable component used at the top of scaffolding systems to support beams. It consists of a threaded screw bar, a U-head plate, and a securing nut. For enhanced strength and heavy-load capacity, some models feature welded triangular reinforcement plates on the U-head. These jacks are available in both solid and hollow types and are widely used in engineering and bridge construction. They are fully compatible with modular systems such as Ringlock, Cuplock, and Kwikstage, serving as both top and bottom supports.
