Kwikstage Ledger – Kwikstage System for Kwik Stage
All of our Kwikstage scaffolding components are manufactured using automatic welding robots, ensuring welds that are clean, consistent, and structurally strong. Raw materials are precision-cut by laser machines, with size accuracy controlled within 1mm.
For the Kwikstage system, we use steel pallets and heavy-duty steel straps for secure packing. Our service is always professional, and our quality standards remain consistently high.
Below are the main specifications for Kwikstage scaffolds.

Heavy Duty Cuplock Scaffolding System Southampton – Cup Lock
Globally used, Cuplock is a flexible modular system for ground, suspended, or rolling towers. It shares components with Ringlock: standards, ledgers, braces, jacks, catwalks. The cup-lock design allows fast, secure assembly, ensuring high load capacity and stability—ideal for any project scale, from homes to large commercial sites.
-
Heavy Duty Girder Coupler for Scaffolding Systems
Beam coupler, also known as Gravlock or Girder coupler, plays a critical role in scaffolding systems by securely fastening beams to pipes, ensuring strong load-bearing support for construction projects. Manufactured from premium-grade pure steel for maximum strength and longevity, our couplers have successfully passed SGS testing in compliance with BS1139, EN74, and AS/NZS 1576 standards.

Cuplock Scaffolding: Vertical Post & Horizontal Ledger
The Cuplock system ranks among the world’s most widely used construction scaffolding types. As a modular solution, it offers great flexibility—erectable from ground level or suspended, and configurable as stationary or rolling towers, making overhead work safer.
Like Ringlock, Cuplock includes standards, ledgers, diagonal braces, base jacks, U-head jacks, and catwalks. It’s widely recognized as a reliable system across various projects.
In construction, safety and efficiency come first. The Scaffolding Cuplock System is built to handle modern project demands, delivering a strong, adaptable scaffolding solution that protects workers while getting the job done effectively.
Its standout feature is the cup-and-lock mechanism, enabling fast, simple assembly. Vertical standards and horizontal ledgers lock together firmly, forming a stable frame capable of heavy loads. This design speeds installation while boosting strength and stability—suitable for everything from homes to large commercial sites.

Heavy Duty Ringlock Diagonal Brace for European Scaffolding
Typically fabricated from scaffolding tubes of OD48.3mm, paired with either OD42mm or 33.5mm tubing, and riveted to diagonal brace heads. It links two rosettes on separate ringlock standards across different horizontal planes, forming a triangular configuration. This setup introduces diagonal tensile forces, significantly reinforcing the stability and rigidity of the entire structure.

Heavy Duty Scaffolding Solid Base Jack for Construction
Screw jacks play a key role in all types of scaffolding structures, serving as adjustable parts. They are classified as either base jacks or U-head jacks, with surface treatment options such as painting, electro-galvanizing, and hot-dip galvanizing. We offer customized designs for base plates, nuts, screw types, and U-head plates to meet varying customer needs. This leads to many different screw jack configurations. No matter your requirement, we can produce it.

Steel Euro Formwork – Reliable Concrete Forming System
Steel formwork consists of a steel frame combined with plywood. The steel frame itself is made up of several components, such as F bars, L bars, and triangle bars. Common panel sizes include widths of 200mm, 300mm, 400mm, 500mm, and 600mm, with two standard heights: 1200mm and 1500mm. Specific dimensions like 600x1200mm, 500x1500mm, and similar variations are widely available.
When used on site, steel formwork functions as a complete system, not just as individual panels. It typically includes corner panels, outer corner angles, pipes, and pipe supports to ensure a stable and efficient concrete forming setup.

Formwork Clamp & Concrete Formwork Clamps – Quality Tools
The Formwork Casted Clamp is specifically designed for steel Euro formwork systems. Its primary functions are to securely join two steel formwork panels and provide stable support for slab forms, wall forms, and similar applications.
Unlike pressed clamps, our casting clamp is manufactured through a complete casting process. We start with high-purity raw materials, which are heated and melted into molten iron. The molten metal is then poured into molds, followed by controlled cooling and solidification. After demolding, each piece undergoes polishing and grinding, followed by electro-galvanizing. Finally, the components are assembled and packed.
This production method ensures consistent quality across all our products.

Frame Scaffolding Prop for Steel Pipe Scaffolding
What we call scaffolding steel pipe — sometimes just steel pipe or scaffolding tube — is a common sight on construction sites. But it’s not just used as-is. It also goes into making other systems like ringlock and cuplock scaffolding. You’ll find it in pipe processing, shipbuilding, steel marine projects, oil pipelines, and even oil & gas scaffolding.
As a raw material, steel pipe comes in grades including Q195, Q235, Q355, and S235 — so it can meet different standards like EN, BS, or JIS depending on the project.
