Scaffolding Ringlock Standard Vertical
Honestly, Scaffolding Ringlock is evolved from the layher scaffolding. and The standard are main parts of scaffolding ringlock system.
Ringlock standard pole is composed of three parts: steel tube, ring disk and spigot. According to client’s requirements, we can produce different diamter, thickness, type and length standard.
For example, the steel tube, we have 48mm diameter and 60mm diameter. normal thickness 2.5mm, 3.0mm, 3.25mm, 4.0mm etc. Length range from 0.5m to 4m.
until now, we already have many different type rosette, and also can open new mould for your design.
For spigot, we also have three types: spigot with bolt and nut, point pressure spigot and extrusion spigot.
From our raw materials to finished goods, we all have very strict quality controlling and all Our ringlock scaffolding passed the test report of EN12810&EN12811, BS1139 standard.

Scaffolding Ringlock Ledger Horizontal
Scaffolding Ringlock Ledger is the very important part for ringlock system to connect standards.
The ledger length normally that is the distance of the central of two standards. Common length is 0.39m, 0.73m, 10.9m, 1.4m, 1.57m, 2.07m, 2.57m, 3.07m etc. According to requirements, we also can produce other different length.
Ringlock Ledger is welded by two ledger heads along two sides, and fixed by lock wedge pin to connect rosette on the Standards. It is made by OD48mm and OD42mm steel pipe . Althought it is not the main part to bear the capacity, it is a indispensable part of ringlock sytem.
For Ledger head, From the appearance, we have many types. also can produce as your designed. From the perspective of technology, we have wax mould one and sand mounld one.
